  A decent apartment let down by poor management, confusing check-in and pricing concerns.

  The apartment was reasonably clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient.

  The biggest problems were poor communication and a confusing self-check-in process. The check-in instructions were unclear and insufficient. The Google Maps location provided by the management was approximately 100 metres away from the actual entrance, making the apartment unnecessarily difficult to find. Communication with the management was frustrating. We repeatedly received similar responses instead of clear answers or practical solutions. Even simple questions were difficult to resolve, especially while travelling with a young child. No baby cot was available. Price transparency was another major disappointment. The prominently displayed reservation price was approximately €197, but the final charge was €277.12, including a mandatory €80 cleaning fee that was not included in the prominently displayed total. We reported this immediately after booking, but the issue remained unresolved. Although the apartment itself was reasonably comfortable, the poor organisation, ineffective communication and pricing concerns significantly affected our overall experience. Future guests should carefully check the full price and request precise arrival instructions before booking.

  Tutto perfetto! La casa, la posizione molto comoda per raggiungere Ortigia e per girare a piedi. Parcheggio interno .

  L'unica cosa bisognerebbe correggere su booking il numero civico dell'immobile, non è il 12 come riportato sul sito ma è il numero 1.

  Good location with parking.

  Convenient location near Ortigia! Very walkable and fantastic indoor parking. Market and shops nearby. Quiet building.

  The owner was great they one that greatly us in but the intermediary company was totally useless. Sofa bed was not comfortable.

  Casa perfetta, ben tenuta e con tutte le comodità. La camera da letto è ampia e dotata di condizionatore (un altro è presente nel soggiorno). C'è anche un mini spazio esterno dove stendere il bucato o anche fare colazione. Noi non lo abbiamo utilizzato per la presenza massiccia di zanzare (unica pecca dell'esperienza) La casa è vicina ad Ortigia, raggiungibile in meno di 10 minuti a piedi..Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nel cortile condominiale, chiuso con cancello elettrico Se dovessi tornare a Siracusa non esiterei ad alloggiare di nuovo a Casa Mafalda
