The area at first might seem a little bit dodgy but it's quiet and safe. I think it was a much better choice than staying in a more central, touristy district. The kitchen is very well equipped, the host is super responsive and nice - even fixed the hot water for me during a national holiday, so a really dedicated host. Grazie mille!
The only thing I didn't like was the weird toilet system (because of the plumbing they had to install this noisy machine) but it was not a big deal after all.

Bon emplacement entre la gare et centre ville mais au calm. Appartement bien équipé, spacieux et fonctionnel. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire, réactivité. Quelques produits alimentaires de base et produits d'hygiène dans l'appartement.

The flat was neat and tidy and had everything that I needed. It was in a quiet area, so I slept really well. Giuseppe is a really nice host! I had my flight back in the afternoon, so after my check-out, he allowed me to leave my luggage at the entrance for me to collect it before heading to the airport.

Appartamento ben ristrutturato di recente ed ha tutto l'essenziale. Il proprietario è una persona cortese e disponibile. Il posizionamento in città è non male. Si trova a 8/9 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale.
L'appartamento è ad un quinto piano di un palazzo di sette piani. Ha due finestre sullo stesso lato che affacciano su un cortile interno. Praticamente il sole non ci batte mai all'interno, se non un'oretta a pranzo sul balconcino. Forse per qualcuno può non essere una cosa importante, però a me non piace. L'impianto idraulico ha necessità di una pompa in bagno, che ogni tanto genera un rumore di 3/4 secondi quando in casa si usa l'acqua. Non è particolarmente fastidioso ... però. Il piatto doccia è in plastica, dunque non è antiscivolo. bisogna fare un po' di attenzione.
