Pool was lovely, location for where we wanted to go was good.. Key holder Sylv was excellent and tried to resolve issues we had.

Furniture (sofa) in apartment was all split and peeling. Television would not work, engineer was called by the key holder, it was found that it was NOT the service provider problem but after ringing the apartment owners they refused to pay for repair.. Found out that we didn't have a key to the predistrian gate and the fob would not work. Did get a replacement key after a number of calls.
