  A lovely, cozy little hotel with a great breakfast and a peaceful, relaxing pool area.

  Unfortunately, our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the response time from the staff was quite slow.

  Disappointing stay for money, quite noisy, small rooms in need of updating

  Breakfast basic but ok, location very near old town Square, nice rooftop terrace.

  Very small basic room, in need of refurb, very little hanging space, Noise from square noticeable, fire alarm light very bright in room, no darkness. No access for vehicles, be prepared for a walk down a steep flight of steps.

  Avoid at all costs!!

  Nothing.

  I could not even stay at the property due to the cast of bugs life living in the bed. The place was infested with ants on every single surface, climbing up the walls and all over the bed. I spent 5 single minutes in the property and had to leave and book another hotel. The property refused to provide alternative accommodation and then ignored all of my messages, they were extremely unprofessional and so unhelpful. The place was covered in mould and as I suffer from asthma and allergies, it was unfit for purpose. To even access the property was an absolute nightmare, there are no lifts and you have to climb flights of stairs with your luggage and having a broken foot, this was not ideal. You also need about 4 different codes to even get into your property and this is not detailed when making the booking. The property is completely misleading. While waiting for access to the apartment, I was forced to remain in the pool area for approximately one hour due to the property's inadequate check-in arrangements. During this time, I attempted to briefly cool my injured foot in the pool. However, the stone surface surrounding the pool became so excessively hot in the outdoor temperatures that it caused a burn to my foot, leaving a visible mark. As someone working within the design and construction industry, I am particularly concerned that the material specified around the pool appears wholly unsuitable for its intended external application. Pool surrounds should be constructed using materials that are capable of withstanding prolonged exposure to high temperatures without creating a burn hazard for users. Don't waste your money on this place based off the location, there are places 10 minutes out which are a lot better.
