    We had a great time because of the company and location but property needs some attention which would greatly encourage

    Location was excellent with proximity to the beach and shops and restaurants in old town. Host was also very responsive when we asked for early checkin and late checkout and when we informed there was no hot water. This was rectified immediately. We had a lovely time at the villa and it was a great way to celebrate my birthday.

    The property is a little tired and worn around the edges. There was a constant smell from the bathroom and not enough seats for 5 people to convene in the living room. The sofa there was also not comfortable at all so it was always a relief to retire to our rooms. The downstairs toilet seat cover would not stay up so you had to hold it up by hand while you used it. Just some attention to details would improve guests experience. Also be aware check in is 5pm which we did not know until i booked. That is way too late and inconvenient for anyone!
