    Great location, let down by broken aircon and WiFi

    Great location, easy check-in.

    The aircon did not work. After 1-2 hours, it displayed an error message (image attached) and started blowing hot air. The apartment was therefore extremely hot. We told the host about this and she said to empty the filters. We did this, and it did not fix the issue. The WiFi was unusably slow - less than 2mbps (image attached). We informed the host who said she would contact the network provider, but it didn’t improve. What’s frustrating is that both of these issues have been flagged over multiple years by other reviewers, but they have never been fixed. The host should stop advertising the apartment as having aircon or WiFi unless she actually fixes these issues once and for all.

    Overall I loved Napoli and the apartment except sleeping uncomfortably hot.

    Location and the community was great. Guido could not have been nicer. Space looked exactly like pictures. Loved the privacy of having your own street entrance to an inner courtyard.

    The Ac didn’t blow cold air for the entire two weeks I was there. The hot plate nor kettle worked. The host needs to ensure all amenities work PRIOR to next guest check in.

    Accogliente appartamento soppalcato con scale comode e prese ovunque. Zona centralissima ma super silenzioso.
