Location is fantastic, worth it if you want to not pay a lot of money and live in center Host is great too, responsive Apartment looks nice (tiny, but nice)
We had unfortunate experience.. there were a few big issues we had: 1. Smell. For the first two days we were not sure what smelled in the apartment, why opening windows doesn’t help.. and we found out that restaurant Cajo downstairs when cook - their kitchen smells goes outside under our windows. And all the time we smell their food.. from middle of the day until almost midnight. So we moved to new apartment instead while paying for this one and all our clothes smelled with food after we opened baggage - even the ones we didn’t wear.. 1. There were tiny pillows and uncomfortable mattress. I had to fold pillow to make it even little comfortable. One night my right hand went numb.. another night my neck went numb My wife was more or less ok, but still uncomfortable 1. Shower gel and shampoo were expected to be given, but it wasn’t.. And I understand it’s their policy and yits not mandatory for them, but still.. I never take my shampoo or shower gel to trips 2. No AC 3. We heard cars at night when opening windows And mornings and pretty noisy if windows are open (not really bother most of the time) — it’s not for us. We prefer more comfort. Btw, we had Casa 1

Great communication from Pedro - very easy to get keys and we really appreciated early check in. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and the apartment is quiet at night, considering its location on a busy intersection.
Would have appreciated air conditioning however it’s an older building and would probably be quite difficult to achieve. There were windows that could be left open all day for the breeze.
