  Your south Italian summer house dream

  About the property I did like everything, location, homie feeling, spaces, arrangement, well equipped with appliances, motorcycle/scooter parking right below your balcony and off the balcony you can easily hang the clothes out on the drying lines that you wash in the washing machine included in the apartment. There is a nice little table and two chairs outside on the balcony which was great to have breakfast and dinner. It is a great location to the beaches within less than 5 minutes walking distance including a free public beach and a private one.

  In my opinion to properly enjoy the stay, you need to have a motorcycle/scooter to be free to move around, especially because even to just go up the street you have two options of walking up the hill ( 500 meters, 15° steep ) or you take the elevator that costs 1€ per person per time. Also the elevator is not available in the evening.

  Casa molto accogliente, pulita e confortevole. Fornita di tutto, anche forbici, che non si trovano mai nelle case di villeggiatura, pentolame e una meravigliosa macchina da caffè. La spiaggia e' veramente a pochi passi. Un ristorante pizzeria sotto casa che, se non si ama cucinare in vacanza, è ottimo e onestissimo. E ancora a pochi passi per fare ottima colazione con krapfen, o come si dice li kraffa. Ascensore che porta a Piano di Sorrento a 20 metri. La vista dal balcone è mozzafiato per il mare e per le meravigliose barche che sostano. Dimenticavo pur essendo un posto su un porto...acqua del mare fantastica....dovete andarci tutto li intorno merita di essere fisto.

  We like the view , close to the harbour.

  The apartment was very dirty.The terrace is shared with an adjacent apartment,which guarantees inconvenience . We stayed for 10 days , for which we were left only one sheet and two towels . The room smelled of mould. Did not match the price of the service. The coffee machine was not working. The bathroom was left in a very dirty condition,and we had to clean it. Old food was left in the fridge and not cleaned. The grill also.
