  Terrazza sul mare non solo per te! E attenti all’aria corrente!

  La posizione centrale e la terrazza sul mare sono le uniche cose veramente positive della struttura.

  Non mi è affatto piaciuto che non sia descritto esplicitamente che la terrazza sul mare è zona comune con tutte le altre camere. La pulizia lascia a desiderare. All’arrivo dal telaio della porta della camera se n’è staccata con l’aria corrente un’asta, che è andata a sbattere direttamente appresso al letto, fortuna che non c’ero sotto. Il ragazzo della consegna delle chiavi l’ha rimessa al suo posto senza incollare, semplicemente appoggiandola e promettendo che avrebbe mandato qualcuno a incollarlo. Ho detto che sarebbe meglio lasciare l’asta per terra, così che non me la prenda in testa e lui ha risposto:-Non si preoccupi signo’ è solo un’asticella di compensato!- Non ci ha mandato più nessuno ad aggiustare niente.

  Se souci de faire du cash mais pas de ses clients, ne prennent pas en compte les remarques clients répétées!

  La vue de la terrasse, l’emplacement en plein dans le centre historique (zone réglementée) même si cela nécessite de se garer au cefalu beach parking à 25€ les 24h mais c’était un choix assumé

  Carton rouge pour le manque de respect vis à vis de vos clients. 2 nuits, nous sommes arrivés en début de soirée je vous signale par whatsap le lendemain matin le lit cassé 3 lattes en moins cassées déboîtée etc vous demandant d’intervenir Votre réponse j’en informe le propriétaire… personne n’est passé pas plus de retour. Une 2 eme nuit à très mal dormir sauf que dans les commentaires de client booking il y a plus de 3 semaines même problème déjà signalé sur la Même chambre « Giada » Encaissé 300€ pour 2 nuits il faudrait au moins avoir une literie correcte c’est le minimum ! Matelas hors d’âge aussi. Et commentaire idem que les précédents booking cuisine commune avec machine à café qui ne fonctionne pas, pas de bouilloire ni micro-ondes malgré que ce soit indiqué dans vos équipements sur Booking etc…

  Disappointing

  Being in Cefalú was really enjoyable. It is a wonderful town and love the history. Very cool and stunning climbing to the top of the hill to the Castle for views below. We were grateful that there was a washing machine to do some laundry.

  There were problems with communication. When I made the booking. I asked about where the closest and best available parking was because I saw that parking was not available on site. Never having been Cefalú before, I had no idea quite what I was asking. The location is in the heart of the narrow walking street with shops and restaurants There are a few cars that go through and scooters. The accommodation listing says parking nearby. Anyway, back in July when I made the booking for September, there was no response from the host answering my question. I believe it was around 1:15 that the host wanted to know our arrival time. I think I responded back within half an hour or 45 minutes. And wanting communication on WhatsApp. I believe the next communication was that, because we hadn't communicated with the host, the host could not meet us. We thought that was odd because we were in the window of time that it was allowed to be checking into the accommodation. And our understanding is that hosts are to actually meet their clients and get the passport picture. We never met our host at all. And we had to do an online check-in without the host. When we finally found parking it was the beach lot. And dragging luggage on dirt, grass, sand was not great on the wheels of the luggage. Then ~200 meters on the promenade. Then, ~100 meters going up that cobbled street. We finally made it the door of the accommodation. The host had on WhatsApp, the picture of the door, then the picture of the stairs and then the picture of a box where our keys could be found. And we'd had to send pictures on WhatsApp of our passports. It was not clear where our room was. We were told the name on the door was Clarissa but there was no Clarissa on the first floor or the second floor. And it was clear that other doors were homes, not a part of our booking accommodation. What we then found was a business card of the name of the property and we were grateful that one of the keys worked.
