There are plenty of other properties available.
The location was good. Central to everything. That’s about it.
The owner of the property was not helpful when we could not get the key to work. Every time we left the apartment we didn’t think we’d get back in. The door is old. The lock doesn’t function, even their housekeeper couldn’t get the door open. The neighbor helped us every time. One night we couldn’t get in so the owner said we could cook in our suite. He also advertised a sofa bed but didn’t provide sheets because that would be extra. He never stated that in his description. It would have been an extra 15 euros. He also wanted us to take out the garbage. Again. Not in the description of his property. Terrible stay. Would never recommend.

Wenn einen die Situation mit dem Müll und den Lärm nicht stört, ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ansprechend. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte tadellos, was wirklich gut war. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und bemüht.
Die Situation mit der Müllentsorgung war für uns sehr anstrengend. Täglich wird ein anderer Müll geholt aber nicht wie in Deutschland, wo alles in Mülltonnen abgeholt wird. Jeder stellt seine eigene kleine Mülltonne raus. Diese werden nachts geleert und muss bis morgens um 8.00 Uhr ! wieder rein geholt werden. Man hortet den Müll in der Wohnung bis der Tag kommt wo der jeweilige Müll dran ist. Auch war um das Haus herum sehr viel Müll! Auch für italienische Verhältnisse SEHR viel!!! Was auch erwähnt werden muss, ist der Lärm. Es war sehr laut, vor allem nachts! Der Geräuschpegel hält bis 3.00 Uhr morgens an.

La casa era graziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario. Ariosa e piena di luce. Aria condizionata nuova di zecca. Noi eravamo in 3 ma 5 persone ci stavano tranquillamente. La posizione era perfettamente centrale con supermercati, farmacie e mare tutto super vicino. La consiglio davvero a tutti. Gli host molto disponibili!
Internet molto lento ma dovuto all'affluenza e al sovraccarico di linee del periodo.
