    I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Mercedes it was a very relaxing apartment and I definitely would return! Super

    The property was in an excellent location it had a lovely size balcony with a beautiful view. It was very clean and well maintained.

    My only gripe was using the app all the time to access the property it was a bit time consuming and if you left your phone behind by mistake how where you to get back in?

    Lovely Apartment in old town, however some of the rules were unhelpful...will not return in future

    Lovely apartment and accessing apartment, after a few hiccups, was excellent. View from terrace was brilliant and was quiet at night. Having a good food and drink package available was very good.

    It took approximately 20 minutes before the water was warm enough for a shower...what a waste of water. Being unable to flush toilet paper down the toilet...completely unhygienic. Not having the dirty towels be replaced every few days...had to use washing machine to clean towels... pretty pathetic in this day and age! No instructions how to use the safe. Air-conditioning was by 1 euro coin for 4 hours...was in the wrong location, was in lounge should have been in bedroom.

    I had an amazing time . I had a little issue when I first arrived but the host were amazing and corrected the situation

    The beiw from the apartment was amazing

    It wasn’t very clean when we arrived

    The view was amazing…

    The air conditioning wasn’t working… Had to place used toilet paper in bin as was instructed not to flush down toilet as it would cause blockage, I found this extremely annoying, not to mention very unhygienic, this alone would stop me from using this property again… Shower kept flooding on the floor and water took forever to warm up and sometimes did not…
