Super appartement pour visiter Bologne
Tout était parfait! Emplacement très pratique pour être hors ztl et accès au centre. Quartier très sympa et calme. Appartement très agréable, parfaitement équipé, propre et moderne. Hôte particulièrement réactive et flexible. À recommander!

Tout était parfait, on ne pouvait pas souhaiter mieux comme logement. Logement très propre, très fonctionnel et seulement à 10 minutes en bus du centre de Bologne par la ligne 11.

Perfekt saubere Wohnung, tolle Gastgeberin, ideale Lage – absolut empfehlenswert!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Sie war blitzblank sauber, hat angenehm nach frisch gewaschener Wäsche geduftet und ist schön groß, hell und freundlich. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt, und die Klimaanlage hat an den heißen Tagen einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super: In etwa 20 Minuten erreicht man die Altstadt von Bologna zu Fuß. Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es Parkplätze in den blauen Parkzonen (strisce blu). Aktuell kostet das Parken 2,20 € pro Stunde bzw. 11 € pro Tag (8–18 Uhr, sonntags kostenlos). Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Helena. Sie war eine unglaublich herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin und hat uns sowohl ein früheres Einchecken als auch ein späteres Auschecken ermöglicht. Ihre Restaurant- und Genusstipps waren ausnahmslos hervorragend – und das sage ich als Italienerin. 😊 Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Ein Zuhause zum Wohlfühlen
Die Wohnung ist ein Traum! Sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Bett war super bequem. Die Lage perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolute Empfehlung!
