    Na verbetering van diverse bovenstaande punten een mooi huis voor 6 personen met (verwarmd) zwembad

    Lokatie is prima

    Na een aantal dagen viel het ons op dat het warme water er niet meer was, dus gebeld met de host en na omzetting van een schakelaar in de meterkast nr 24 hadden we weer warm water. Dat is niet correct omdat dit altijd moet aanstaan. De verwachting was dat de zonneboiler het pand met 6 gasten wel de warmwater voorziening zal verzorgen. Helaas was dat niet het geval. Tevens de waterdruk op bad en douchekraan ver onder de maat. Wellicht zijn deze verstopt. Het aangeboden huis met verwarmd zwembad (via Booking) is misleidend daar we 50 euro moesten betalen voor de verwarming van het zwembad. De tuinmeubels waren echt aan vervanging toe. Ook de BBQ kan wat aandacht gebruiken, daar de vuurroosters vergaan waren. Ik denk met aanscherping van bovenstaande punten je een mooi huis met (verwarmd) zwembad kan beleven met de juiste prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Mijn complimenten aan de host. Zij was zeer meewerkend en snel in reactie op onze berichten.

    Eine gute Ferienadresse in Arco da Calheta

    Ein schönes grosses Haus, in ruhiger Lage, mit guter Ausstattung, geschütztem Sitzplatz und auf Wunsch beheiztem Pool. Vom Pool, vom Sitzplatz und vom Hauptschlafzimmer aus hat man einen guten Meerblick. Der Hafen von Calheta mit seiner kleinen Promenade und seinen empfehlenswerten Restaurants ist zudem über eine kleine Nebenstrasse direkt, einfach und schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

    Leider nur seitliche Meersicht, da direkt davor in der Mitte ein anderes Haus steht, und auf einer Seite der Casa Mia zudem ein grosser Bananenstrauch ebenfalls die Sicht einschränkt. Hier wäre es sinnvoll diesen schnellwaschsenden Strauch mehr mittig oder links zu setzen, dann hätte man auch vom Wohn-/Essbereich einen wunderbaren Meerblick.
