  Estancia amable, bonita y segura pero sin agua caliente y desayuno disponible temprano

  Me gustó el servicio del personal muy atentos, me ayudaron a encontrar una plaquita de dientes que había dejado olvidada, las instalaciones muy bonitas, la seguridad del parqueo

  Lo peor fue que me tuve que bañar con agua fría ya que el calentador funcionó hasta el final de mi ducha, el agua caliente funcionó 20 minutos después que me indicaron que lo iban a prender, el agua caía helada no tenía tiempo para esperar a que calentara y lo otro fue que no pudimos desayunar porque el horario que sirven el desayuno era de 7:30 am en adelante y no nos pudieron hacer favor de adelantarlo a las 7 am, debíamos asistir a un summit por lo que tuvimos que perderlo y buscar otro restaurante para desayunar

  Cómoda

  Me gustó la infraestructura, las habitaciones limpias y cómodas, bonito lugar para relajarse y tomar muchas fotos. El personal amable y simpático.

  Unexpected inconveniences all the way around

  It is a beautiful colonial construction in a very quiet place of the town and its staff is kind and attentive.

  The hotel needs maintenance immediately. I had previously requested an early check-in, and my request was denied, which is perfectly understandable, and I expected after this, to receive a room in perfect condition to take a shower and rest after many hours traveling and waiting. When I checked in, and entered the room the a/c was not working at all, so I found myself in a literal sauna, and have to wait around 2 hours more for it to be fixed. Once I got into the bathroom and sit in the toilet I felt constant water drops coming from the roof, plus the room TV didn't work at any time; each time I turned it on it showed up " no connection". The night stand at the wall was just decoration , they don't work. Finally the furniture on the room far from providing an appearance of rustic design make you feel you are a very abandoned place. I just complained regarding the a/c I supposed for the additional mentioned problems, that it was just their standards. Anyway, no staff member ever asked me at any time How was staying there...One more detail. What it looks like a pool on the pictures of the property is not. It is a font.
