My cell service was spotty in this location in Naples; as a consequence, my texts through WhatsApp did not go through. So we waited about an hour for a response to our texts before calling. The host responded immediately and met us at the door w/in about 20 min and provided a guided tour of the facility, gave us restaurant recommendations and sightseeing suggestions. He was very personable, friendly, and kind. I have no reservations recommending this host and facility to anyone.
