    Nie polecam

    Lokalizacja.

    Zupełnie nie rozumiem tak wysokiej oceny tego obiektu. "Apartament" jest bardzo mocno zaniedbany, a miejscami wręcz brudny i widać gołym okiem, że sprzątanie odbywa się tutaj raczej powierzchownie. Wiele sprzętów i mebli jest przestarzałych, a niektóre nie są w zupełności możliwe do użycia, mianowicie: 1. Pralka - nie płucze i nie odwirowuje ubrań 2. Lodówka - co jakiś czas wylewa się z niej podejrzana woda, zalewając podłogę aneksu kuchennego 3. Czajnik - bardzo mocno zakamieniony i prawdopodobnie nigdy nie czyszczony 4. Szafa - obchodzenie się z nią delikatnie nic nie daje, bo po prostu drzwi przesuwne są zepsute Niektóre sprzęty są problematyczne w użyciu, takie jak: 1. Naczynia - z resztkami jedzenia po poprzednich lokatorach 2. Toaleta - z dziwnymi żółtymi plamami na desce 3. Prysznic - z którego wyjście powoduje zachlapanie całej podłogi łazienki i konieczność jego natychmiastowego wytarcia, żeby nie poślizgnąć się na schodku, nie wspominając już o brudnych fugach i płytkach 4. Balkon - widok z niego jest postapokaliptyczny na rozwalające się kamienice naprzeciwko więc jedzenie śniadania odpada 5. Pościel, nie pierwszej nowości, bardzo cienka co w miesiącach zimowych może być problematyczne. Zdjęcia obiektu są odpowiednio wykadrowane więc powyższych mankamentów nie widać. Mieszkanie jest doskonale położone, jednak to jest chyba jego jedyny plus. Mam nadzieję, że Fabio potraktuje powyższy komentarz jako konstruktywną krytykę, gdyż takiego standardu nie można oferować turystom za taką cenę.

    Fabio to wspaniały gospodarz, bardzo kontaktowy, miły i pomocny. Mieszkanie jest wygodne, szczególnie podobało mi się wygodne łóżko i uroczy balkon :)Wspaniała lokalizacja
