The apartment was lovely and nice decorated. The aircon made the apartment cool for comfortable nights. It was all the latest standard, nicely decorated and very clean. The village of francavilla is lovely, near to the mountains with lovely places for food and breakfast. Matteo is a very supportive host and rely responsive in case of questions. The small welcome book made it easy for us to find the best spots around, weather for the beach, to visit nice other towns or to know where to eat in the evening. We are happily coming back

We had a very comfortable 3-night stay in this cosy village apartment. The home had everything we needed to feel relaxed and comfortable during our stay. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were all good, and having a washing machine and coffee machine was a real plus, especially for a longer stay. The host was wonderful — very friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. The apartment is in a very peaceful setting, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!
The only recommendation I would suggest is adding air conditioning in the bedrooms. During July, the weather was very hot, and with only one AC unit in the living area, it was difficult to keep the bedrooms cool at night. However the host kindly provided a fan on request.
