    Great location needs interior updating and air con. Could do with a good spring clean

    Good access to ferry terminal and grocery store. Centre also walking distance to town. Good hot water for a family of 4. Communication with agent very good supermarket close by, nice welcome pack on arrival of nibbles and wine

    It’s hot!!!! Property gives you fans but it is very hot inside and no air con. We had lots of mosquitoes too we all got bitten. Place is looking a little tired and isnt the cleanest place for the money we paid. inside it pretty dark.

    The location was fantastic! Very close to the main square of Menaggio and the ferry boats. There was also a free parking lot near by where we could park our car overnight. The back patio was great to lounge on after roaming Lake Como for the day.

    The pillows are very thin and weren't too comfortable.

    Schöne Lage - aber auch viele Nachteile

    Sehr laut in der Nacht, da direkt an einer Hauptstrasse. Und ganz schlecht keine Parkmöglichkeit am Haus. Man musste ständig einen Parkplatz suchen und jeden Tag 12 EUR an der Parkuhr bezahlen.

    Menaggio is nice small city and the location of this apartment is very good.

    Location was good. Arrangements worked very well and also the late check-in was made very easy. Communication from the host was good. The Menaggio is nice and peacefull place. The apartment was very spacious and it had a nice balcony/patio.

    The apartment didn't feel very clean. I think the apartment needs a bit of an upgrade too, some relatively small things could make it much more comfortable. I would also recommend installing the air conditioning. Still without A/C it was tolerable, but I can imagine if temperature outside was higher it might become uncomfortable in the apartment. When we arrived at the apartment, there was a strong smell of cleaning products or air freshener, which was not very pleasant. However, the smell was no longer noticeable the following day.
