    This property could be so much better. There was no communication between property and guests.

    The location is great. The door staff were kind and helpful. The apartment was large, the shower rooms were great with plenty of hot water. Our room had a nice balcony. The third floor terrace is nice.

    There is no manual or FAQs in the room explaining what amenities are on offer. Requesting anything through the Booking.com messaging didn’t work, I had to dig to find a WhatsApp number and message that way. Once I had messaged help did arrive. The room would not have been cleaned for a whole 11 days unless I had WhatsApped. The entrance to the apartments is unmarked. There is no oven in the kitchen, only a microwave and a useless one-pot grill. The internet TV did not work. We did not get the room that was indicated when we booked, we were expecting a ground floor room, we ended up on the third floor. There were two larger rooms opposite us that had very noisy parties who came in in the middle of the morning which woke us up.
