    Great villa

    The villa is very homely, clean and well stocked with everything we needed, it also had a beautiful garden and outside area with a good sized pool ( although pool heating would have been beneficial) We really appreciated the fact there was cooking oils, salt, pepper, dishwasher and washing machine tablets etc provided. There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance and plenty of alternatives if you have a car not too far away. It is also only a short drive into town .

    The only thing we didnt like was for the first few days there was incessant construction noise nearby which we would have liked to have been made aware of before booking, listening to jack hammers and beeping from plant machinery was not condusive to a relaxing stay.

    Der Kontakt zu Javea Holidays ist top & sehr freundlich. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, von hier ist es nicht weit zu einem nahe liegenden Restaurant, zum Einkaufen oder runter zur Promenade. Das Haus ist sehr schön, das Auto steht sicher mit auf dem Grundstück & der Pool ist nochmal sicher für kleine Kinder (Poolsicherung/Poolzaun) Einmal in der Woche wurden die Handtücher gewechselt, die Betten wurden gemach & über die Küchenarbeitsplatte, sowie im Bad die Armaturen wurde sauber gemacht, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hat sehr sauber & schnell gearbeitet. Ebenfalls wurde einmal in der Woche der Pool gereinigt, auch das Personal Arbeitet sauber, schnell & ist sehr freundlich. Das Haus hat vorne am Hauseingang, einen Wintergarten, hier kann man seine Wäsche waschen & trocken. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, alle Zimmer haben Klimaanlage & einen Deckenventilator. Etwas neben dem Pool befindet sich auch noch ein Pavillon, wo man sich sehr gut hinsetzen kann. Man hat sehr bequeme Sonnenliegen, die Terrasse ist ebenfalls Windgeschütz & man kann hier draußen sein Frühstück genießen.
