    Die Lage, obwohl laut in der Straße. Geräumig, kleiner Balkon, Waschmaschine und Kochmöglichkeit. Auto konnte vor der Haustür geparkt werden.

    Geruch war teilweise unangenehm, zum Beispiel unter der Spüle.
