I cannot recommend this place highly enough! From the impeccable cleanliness and beautifully thought out interior and décor, to the incredible breakfast and the stunning views you can enjoy from the garden, every part of our stay was simply exceptional. This was truly an unforgettable experience during our trip. And, of course, the wonderful hosts deserve a special mention. Filippo and Francesca are incredibly warm, welcoming and attentive, always making sure you have everything you need and feel completely at home. A huge thank you for the generous and absolutely delicious breakfast! Every single detail of this beautiful home has been carefully thought through, right down to the presentation of the breakfast. You can really feel the care and passion that has gone into creating this place. We would be more than happy to return to Filippo and Francesca’s beautiful home in the future. Thank you so, so much for such a wonderful stay!

View is amazing, breakfast is the best we had in our trip, but the most important thing is the warm hospitality! Filippo and Franceska (and Renato ;)) are so kind and truly knows how to make you feel welcomed. highly recommend this place was one of our 2.5 weeks trip highlights!
that after those breakfasts rest of trip breakfasts felt so lame ;)

Exceptional
Everything, from the first moment we arrived we were made to feel right at home. The lovely room we stayed in was spotless and the aircon was a blessing in the relentless heat. Then it was breakfast time and I truly haven't enough words to describe how good the breakfast was! It has spoilt any future breakfasts! Everything was homemade and local, with fruits, olives and olive oil directly from their stunning garden all presented exquisitely! Oh and I must mention the star of the show (sorry Francesca and Filippo) the gorgeous Renata the Sausage dog, who kept us entertained at breakfast. The location is also perfect for exploring the local area. Lucignano is stunning with a relaxed ancient vibe. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
My daughter now pestering me constantly for a sausage dog and to make her breakfasts like this every morning!
