    La posizione, la bella vista del salottino e gli spazi ampi.

    Il bagno piccolo adiacente alla prima camera e la mancanza di tende nel salottino. Essendo molto esposta al sole in casa fa caldo facilmente e i condizionatori nelle camere non riescono a rinfrescare tutti gli ambienti.
