  Disappointing I’d recommend reading the whole review and be careful if you do choose casa Nadia

  Very disappointing experience – would not stay again Unfortunately, our experience at Casa Nadia Perugia was extremely disappointing, particularly because of how the owner dealt with issues during and after our stay. The refrigerator was faulty and caused the food we had purchased to become warm and spoil. We contacted the owner about this during our stay, and he told us that he had already been meaning to have the fridge repaired, confirming that this was an existing problem. We had only bought a small amount of food because we were travelling on a low budget, so this was a genuine loss to us. The owner initially agreed to reimburse us for the spoiled food. However, after we left and I provided my bank details for the agreed refund, the owner then raised several accusations and costs, including rubbish removal, cleaning, replacement curtain poles and “excessive energy consumption”. We completely dispute these claims. We left our rubbish in tied bags and were never told that we had to remove our rubbish from the apartment, nor were we told where we were supposed to dispose of it. We also paid a cleaning fee and left the apartment reasonably tidy. Regarding the curtain poles, these were small pop-in/slot-in poles. One came out of its fittings when we opened the curtain normally. It was not broken or deliberately damaged — it simply needed to be popped back into its fittings. We were therefore very surprised to later be told that two curtain rods had supposedly needed replacing. The comment about our electricity usage is also particularly unfair. We paid for **7 nights at the apartment but only stayed for 5 nights because we arrived two days later than originally planned due to an unrelated problem at the beginning of our holiday. Despite this, we still paid for the full 7-night booking.

  Avevo detto al gestore che non avrei lasciato alcuna recensione, non tanto per lui, ma per non ricordare l'unica nota dolente di una bellissima esperienza. Parlando però con booking, che ha provato a risolvere la situazione, senza ottenere alcuna risposta, ho cambiato idea. Nonostante sia rimasta molto male per aver chiesto il semplice rimborso, anche parziale, di una delle 4 notti in cui non ho potuto soggiornare a causa di un grande sciopero dei mezzi, pur avendo lasciato la stanza alle 9, come richiesto e avendo avvisato con tre giorni di anticipo, ma non avendolo ricevuto, do comunque la sufficienza, perché non mi piace essere dura con la gente che lavora. Tuttavia, alla fine ho soggiornato solo una notte in questa struttura (ovviamente dimostrabile con fattura di altra struttura) poiché molto rumorosa a causa della prossimità coi vicini e piuttosto lontana dal centro. Avrei dovuto controllare forse meglio la mappa (e aggiungo, anche gli orari della piscina, che comunque non si trova nella struttura, come parrebbe dalle foto.) La casa è comunque pulita, abbastanza accogliente, il gestore mi ha fatto la cortesia di venirmi a prendere il primo giorno e mi ha anche lasciato alcuni generi di conforto.
