    Tolle Lage, gemütlich eingerichtet, perfekt ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt zwar an einer Durchgangsstrasse, ist aber super ruhig.

    Not worth the money

    Good location, good access to public transport.

    Photos on the internet DO NOT fit the rented apartment. Location dirty and not properly cleaned. During our stay, we caught the scabies (of course, not formally proven that they came from the rented flat, but it was our only stay) Attention: Provided parking permit is NOT LEGAL for hosts (legal only for employees of the restaurant with name and number plate) and you'll be fined on control. We had troubles to get our deposit back from the hosts for the permit. Flat is in the 7th floor under the roof, so lots of stairs to climb.

    We really loved the local feel of Neuenheim and found the kitchen, oven, washer all convenient for our stay.

    Neuenheim was a great location in general but this location was exceptional for us. The location was within 3 minutes of Bar Centrale (a great cafe with some of the most attentive staff I’ve ever encountered with a neighboring pastry shop which had the best croissants right and across the street from a Wed/Sat morning farmers market), minute from a park, which was great fun for kids, a 15 minute walk to Altstadt, across the street from Lidl, and 12-15 minutes to Wasserspielplatz. And rolling shutters for all windows was a bonus.

    For some reason, about a week or so into the stay, the stair light (motion detected?) started coming on in the middle of the night, would turn off after a minute, then turn back on, etc. which woke us up. Unsure whether due to vibrations, someone walking by (heard nothing), or something else. Maybe a glitch? What would be nice is some information about how to manage the lights to ensure they don’t turn on unexpectedly even with motion.

    Great location, good value for money, not very clean.

    Great location - next to the river, central and great for families with kids. The view from the balcony. It was quite spacious.

    Unfortunately, it was not clean. No toiletries at all.
