Exceptional
The accommodation was outstanding! Everything was spotlessly clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated, exactly like in the photos, if not better. The location is great, in a quiet area but still close to everything I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Special praise goes to the host, incredibly kind, helpful, and always available for any questions. They made sure I felt at home and gave me great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. I truly felt welcome. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-organized place to stay with a fantastic host. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We consider our stay at Casa Nica a success - it met our needs.
The Casa Nica apartment is located close to the metro and bus stop. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building in a quiet neighborhood. Opposite the apartment there is a well-stocked Tiger market open until 8:30 p.m. The apartment manager waited for our arrival at the agreed time and quickly answered our questions. We felt at home in the apartment, it is cozy and well-equipped, it met our expectations. The windows and balcony overlook the internal patio where we drank coffee.
Too little lighting in the bathroom, no microwave, the kitchen floor needs to be refreshed.
