    Bad experience

The behavior of the owner - casa Nina - it is bad ,He cheated us Changing in the last minute, from casa Nina - a four star facility To a one star , maximum. We are old couple - I am 77 and my wife 75 , it was for us very embarrassing, ruined our trip in the beautiful Sorrento Hopefully, somebody from booking.com will take care regarding our complaints
