Great for a short stay in the city
The location is really great, the room and the bathroom were very clean. Soap and shampoo🙏 The kitchen is well equipped! The A/C works great. The owner was really kind and he accommodated other guests in another place so we could stay one more night that we didn’t book in advance. On saturday or on sunday there’s a very good market just in front of the place, much cheaper than the one in the city.
The door to the toilet couldn’t be closed at all, and the water pressure was really poor. For the same budget sometimes you can get a bit better accommodation and free coffee, but it was still one of the best options available in Siracusa at a time.

Casa vacanze Nina, è il miglior soggiorno che abbiamo avuto.. abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni e il proprietario si è stato super disponibile sempre, abbiamo trovato casa pulita, ordinata e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno tranquillo e spensierato!!
