Sleepless 21 nights, without being able to do anything about it.
The room was clean and well decorated.
I stayed for 22 days and the first night I though the upper unit was moving furniture at 11:00pm that lasted till 6:00am, come to find out there was no one upstairs. This unit shares wall and high ceiling with two business; one 24 taqueria and the other a bar. Both had horrible working noise machines runnings, moving furniture and laud music; the whole night plus the basement was the area to do laundry for the maintenance crew; I also had the washing and dryer machines running late night with all the noise of both overloaded machines banging sounds coming from them. Overall was a sleepless nights and the worst was that there was nothing that anyone could do. I suffer for 21 nights. I strongly recommend this suite #1 in the first floor never to be rented. I’m giving it a 3 because it is a nice suite sizes wise annd decoration. Otherwise the noise is shameful.

Perfect location and super well maintained
Sometimes it smells like tacos because of the restaurant next door but it’s no big deal

Casa of Anniversary
We loved the location. The suite was clean and amenities were great. Bathroom was nice size and clean. Kitchen was a good added bonus and refrigerator helped while we were there. The best was the housekeeping lady, she was so helpful and replenished everything we needed. She went above and beyond and helped us with laundry service. She was A+
The suite had no AC on the living room area and only in the bedroom. There were a couple of warm days and it would have helped to have AC in the living room. There was a dead bug under the sink, but we cleaned it up. Also, more pillows, as they were pretty soft and both my wife and I would have e preferred 1 more pillow.

Nicely appointed place. Convenient location in a cool neighbourhood and near major transit hubs.
Noise was very loud on Friday nights. We had no issues with it on other nights as we were in room 3 (an interior room).
