    It was a very unprofessional experience at this hotel

    Nothing

    I forgot one more thing 1 they took a $20000 pesos or $1000 deposit for incidentals. Sotheby when I checked out my total spend was. $1480 pesos or $75 approximately. I asked them to just apply it to my deposit and credit the difference like a normal hotel. I didn’t even think that was a questionable thing to say. They texted me and. Kind of yelled at me. I have the texts from them if you would like to see them. The wanted to charge me again for the 1489 pesos even though they had my $20000 deposit. They did not want to ally my deposit to what I spent. They ended up doing it but they treated me like I was the bad guy first bit charging even more on my card. The place was just very unprofessional the entire time. It did feel scammy there. Thanks for listening and I hope you take my review seriously! Have a good day!
