Great base for exploring Rome
Francesca and her partner met us on arrival to help with baggage and show us the room. Was easy to communicate with. Bedrooms are large and comfortably hosted 5 of us. Washing machine was appreciated and there was a well stocked kitchen if you needed to eat in. Why would you though with such a diverse number of food and drink options in Trastevere? You are staying right in the middle of the action with shops and restarants all around. 15 minutes walk into the major attactions around central Rome. 5 minutes to the tram stop which links up with the airport train.
Stair access may not be suitable for all people. There can also be some street noise in the second bedroom but that is expected in the location.

Firstly the location was perfect. Right in the amazing heart of Trastevere, very close to Punta Sisto. There are fabulous restaurants, bars and cafes everywhere right in your doorstep. Secondly the host. Francesca was so helpful and attentive during our stay, always helping with wonderful advice. Our trip to the Dolomites afterwards was impacted by the national rail strike, and she was contacting companies on our behalf and provided the name of a company and driver that could help. The two rooms were large and the small kitchen was more than enough for us. We were two couples travelling together and this apartment was ideal and very reasonably priced.
