    Nulla.

Pleasant place to stay if you want a restful holiday.

The property is close to the two shops, the beach, and restaurants, but still a quiet place to relax. Air conditioning is real benefit to the property.

The kitchen utilities are very basic. The landlady may think adding some dishwasher liquid, toilet paper, olive oil etc which of course to include to the cost.
