    Lugano great place to visit

The location, near 2 supermarkets & bus into Lugano centre & washing machine.

Guest unfriendly. No relevant info in the apartment such as emergency numbers. Of the three contacts given in arrival email two still haven’t contacted ted me and the third told me they don’t work for Happy Rentals anymore. I had to ring UK to get the WiFi name & password. Ditto location of washing machine. Promised view was obstructed by construction, onto their 6th floor, which we were t informed about prior to free cancellation date. Lighting was appalling TV had no signal. I felt sofa had bugs constantly bitten
