Not perfect, location near a soup kitchen. You need to be short for the toilet.
If you are short.skinny and love walking up stairs perfect place for you.
The view...there isn't one. The apartment is ok. However needs new mattresses linens and towels. You even hear all the upstairs neighbours are doing.
