Ruim appartement met alle voorzieningen voor handen. Dicht bij de winkels. Schoonmaak heel erg netjes We zouden zo terugkomen en langer willen verblijven.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would consider a return visit in the future.
There was no breakfast option at this type of facility. The staff personnel were exceptional, friendly, and helpful, including the manager who went above and beyond to assist and make your stay very pleasant and enjoyable.
The bed could be a little more comfortable, especially the pillows. Non-shag rugs would be a better fit for such nice rooms.

Good value, comfortable and great location. Would stay again.
Great location to walk to promenade, shops and restaurants. Well-equipped apartment, comfortable bed and sofas (although would have preferred a slightly bigger bed). Appreciated that it was serviced.
Very hard to find when you don’t know the name of the building! It was dark and we were looking for either Casa on Kei or TotalStay signage and there was none, so it took ages to find. Suggest including that in the arrival instructions email. Also, the lift didn’t work for 2 days - we were on the 4th floor. We did not mind climbing stairs, but for a less able person, that would be a big problem. Staff said they were trying to get an engineer in; granted it stopped working on the Friday night and eventually they did turn up on the Sunday. The rooftop pool was empty which was a shame; we weren’t given an explanation for that. We didn’t particularly need it on this trip, but in summer it would be really nice to have a functioning pool there.
