    Wonderful comfortable little house with all what is required in a perfect location.

    The location is absolutely perfect. The property sits in a very quiet street, with only three other neighbors. It is surrounded by olive trees and is fenced most of the way. It was great for my dog, which we could simply leave off leash. The property is so large, she never went beyond the fence or gate. It is an easy walk to the beach, either through the nearby camping or slightly down the road if the camping gate isn’t open yet. The beach is amazing, roughly 4.5km long, with perfect clear water. It is also adjacent to a pine forest, accessible to all. This makes an ideal location to walk your dog in the shade. Dogs were welcome everywhere, even off leash when well behaved. The near town (Orosei) has everything. Makes sure to try the culurgiones from Pasta e Pasta (need to pre-order 24hr before or book a table!)

    It was really hot during our stay. Although the house has AC, it struggled to keep up. The bedrooms could be really hot at night. There were two standing fans but didn’t do enough. A ceiling fan would improve a lot.
