    L'emplacement

    La climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre et qui fait du bruit, celle du salon fait également du bruit.

    Passable, si pas d’autre option

    Emplacement, réactivité de la société de gestion suite a un problème de climatisation, qualité du matelas, la presence de lumière indirecte (rare au mexique et tres appréciable !)

    Tres peu de lumière, le bruit des voisins (chiens et autres animaux bruyants), la vétusté du mobilier qui est tres fatigué (!) avec des canapés hors d’usage (tachés et sales), les serviettes tres usées et enfin la qualité de la relation client: j’avais demandé une arrivée en avance, on devait me contacter quand le menage serait terminé et rien n’a été fait. Moralité je suis resté dans la rue en face avec 35C, près de 3h. C’est ma responsabilité, je connaissais l’heure d’entree. Pour autant, Ca ne donne pas une 1ere bonne impression, mais comme ce bien est géré par une conciergerie et que ca n’est pas leur bien, ce type de detail ne les intéressent pas beaucoup: on connait bien leur logique, quantité et chiffre à court terme.
