Second visit to this property from dealing with Helen at booking to leaving everything was great, very well equipped villa, clean and spacious, pool cleaned twice a week, will definitely return

Posizione eccellente
Abbiamo passato in questa casa 11 giorni , posizione perfetta soprattutto la sera se non si vuole utilizzare l’auto. In 5 minuti si è nel centro di Marina Rubicon e 25 minuti a piedi in centro a playa Blanca.
Check in più tardi perché la casa non era ancora pronta e il bidet non funziona. La struttura ha bisogno di più manutenzione e pulizia

Lo mejor la ubicación y la piscina.Lo demás necesita reformas,los ventiladores sucios y viejos.y más limpieza.Le pondría un 6 no las valoraciones q yo había visto.Necesita muchas mejoras.Y el baño de abajo apesta todo el tiempo cerrado lo tuvimos q tener.

Great villa, excellent location, and value for money.
Great location, great villa with everything you need. Comfortable bed, great outside space, with the pool. Excellent value for money.
Only a few very small criticisms. Property could do with ceiling fans, or better quality fans, and just a small few attentions to detail like maintenance to the outside. But these are very small critiques, would 100% stay here again.
