    Duże i przestronne mieszkanie, kompletnie umeblowane. Z pięknym widokiem z balkonu na twierdzę i kapliczkę św Barbary. Bardzo blisko starego miasta, do bramy ok 7 minut spacerkiem. Blisko do regionalnego marketu, który znajduje się tuż obok.

    Brak klimatyzacji. Przy wysokich temperaturach mieszkanie bardzo się nagrzewa. Drugi minus to brak wyznaczonego miejsca parkingowego. Jest parking ale ogólnodostępny i z reguły pełen. Staje kto pierwszy ten lepszy. Jak uda się zaparkować to strach ruszać auto, że nie będzie gdzie po powrocie stanąć. Byliśmy dużym kombi i parkowanie było największym problemem.
