Great private location, exceptional hosts, sunrise AND sunset sea views, clean, well decorated, comfortable. Perfect for
We liked just about everything! We booked 2 villas for 4 and everyone said they love the location since it was quietly away from the crowds but we were able to walk to the heart of Oia. The bus stop, bakery, market, restaurants, shops, and caldera views were all within a few minutes walk! The villas were new and so clean, with Katerina coming each day to tidy up and provide coffee, clean towels or whatever we needed. She even offered tea when one of us wasn’t feeling well! They accommodated our early check in and gave us villas next to each other as requested. Communicating with her and Panos through a WhatsApp group chat was perfect for our group. I enjoyed the sunrise from the balcony outside of the bedroom almost every morning. I also enjoyed the sunset some days by the small private pool. what a treat to get both sea views of the sunrise AND sunset! The landscaping was so beautiful and peaceful too. They had robes, pool towels, coffee, sugar, utensils, cups, plates, toothbrush, toiletries, and water upon arrival! There are lockable gates for each villa and a gate outside the private parking lot. No hauling luggage up and down cobblestone paths!
The bedroom is upstairs and everything else was downstairs, including the toilet, so it’s not convenient if you have to go a few times in the middle of the night. Also note the sidewalks to Oia are very narrow and uphill with ongoing traffic and the tour bus parking lot is across the street.
