    Balcony and the view from the balcony, also the location- close by the see.

    The building and facilities, furniture are really old and requires replacement, no soundproof, you can hear everyone walking in the staircase or using shower in other flats.

    ottimo appartamento vicino alla spiaggia e a 10 minuti dal centro paese

    appartamento ristrutturato di recente, abbastanza accogliente e accessoriato, bagno un po' piccolo ma carino , condizionatore presente (solo in soggiorno) , zanzariere su tutte le porte/finestre, cucina nella norma (al nostro arrivo mancavano un po' di stoviglie che però sono state prontamente acquistate dall'agenzia che gestisce le locazioni, dopo la nostra segnalazione), letti comodi, balcone veramente ottimo con vista spettacolare su Etna e Taormina... un plus !! posizione vicino al mare e non lontano dal centro, parcheggio esterno incluso (anche se un po' stretto). Agenzia presente e disponibile nel risolvere in tempi brevi qualche piccolo problema rilevato nell'appartamento. (e non è cosa scontata ) ; quindi consigliato !!

    appartamento al 3°piano e senza ascensore... alla lunga risulta un po' scomodo con bambina e borse al seguito. comunque in quella zona le case sono tutte di quella tipologia e poco si può fare. se posso consigliare : lo stendibiancheria in dotazione andrebbe decisamente sostituito , il frigo sistemato nella chiusura in quanto non aderisce adeguatamente, così come lo scolapiatti avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione... il resto è ok !!
