  Non mi aspettavo un alloggio cosi malandato

  I due gattini presenti all' esterno erano adorabili, li avremmo quasi portati a casa con noi. La posizione per noi comoda. La disponibilità dei padroni di casa alle nostre richieste per cercare di salvare il soggiorno

  Quando siamo arrivati l'alloggio non era pulito purtroppo.le finestre e le pareti erano piene di ragnatele, la cucina non era pulita ed anche i cassetti e gli armadi erano sporchi.Abbiamo pulito il minimo indispensabile e il giorno dopo i proprietari sono venuti a pulire con cura la casa. Le pareti del bagno sotto erano pesantemente scrostate a causa di un infiltrazione dal bagno superiore e la porta non si chiudeva. Alcune prese elettriche erano un po fatiscenti. Anche i mobili non erano in buone condizioni. La scala interna in metallo,rivestita di moquette che scivolava giu in continuazione. Le foto non danno un immagine reale della casa.purtroppo. Il pentolame in cucina era fatiscente, fortunatamente durante le pulizie i propietari di casa ci hanno portato due padelle decenti. E un peccato perché la casa ha veramente molte potenzialità , basterebbe una piccola spesa per rendere più appetibile questa sistemazione..

  Visiting Casa Parente was like travelling to my grandparents house but if they lived in nice, warm and beautiful area. House is nice, comfortable, spacious and in great location. Quiet with shops nearby. We used cars to travel to nearest Lidl but it was only 9-10 minutes. View from the veranda is spectacular and we had every meal there just so we could enjoy the view. Local animals will meet and greet you at the entrance. Very friendly. Rome is just about 90 minutes drive. We picked the location for family booking. House could accommodate over 10 people in it and it was perfect for us. Exactly what we needed to escape the normal day to day basis. If we ever want to visit Rome or nearby areas we will definitely come back to the same place. Well recommended. Grazie 🤗

  Only 1 fan for the house. Since we came in July we could have used some more as it was hot at night 🔥

  Amazing house! Amazing setting! Really enjoyed the wood burning fire in the evenings.

  Casa Parente was perfectly positioned for us to be close to our family in Cervaro and friends in Cassino. It was easy to reach the A1 going north and was close to the nearby train station in Cassino. It was only a short drive to nearby restaurants and supermarkets. With great Mountain View’s, this house is very well equipped, ample parking for three cars and an extremely affective log burning fire which powers the central heating.
