    Good, clean.

    The room was clean.

    The room I booked did not have an en-suite bathroom and didn’t really like this about the property. The rest was fine. The staff are slow in responding and when I checked I asked if they had a toilet I could use and no one replied.

    Creative home but challenging with a toddler in the heat

    The house has a beautiful exterior, with flowers that make it stand out in a less picturesque neighborhood. We were drawn to its support for local artists and its creative use of recycled materials.

    However, during a heatwave, staying there with a toddler wasn’t the right fit for us. There were no mosquito screens, so keeping the windows open felt difficult, while closing them made the heat challenging. We also found that some of the recycled features didn’t feel safe for a toddler. For these reasons, we decided to change our stay. Your experience may be different, especially if you’re visiting without young children or during cooler weather
