Nothing about this place was pleasant, its a scam. very bad customer service that won't answer their phones. The Place has no Lobby and office its in a different building blocks away from the rooms, its in a very sketchy area.
The place on the website is deceiving and its a total scam, once you book it then there's no way for a refund because all they care about is getting your money and terrible customer service, i arrived from the airport to a very dark area the building had no good lighting and it was all gated with no easy access or a Lobby and also no personnel there (very sketchy) then once I got to where the entrance is there is a sign on the wall that said that you have to go a few blocks away to go to their "office" for you to get access to the building in order to get to your room. So once I saw that I decided not to stay in a sketchy place like that. I tried getting a refund and booking.com didn't help much because they have to wait for tge manager of the hotel to accept my request wich didnt happened even tho I didn't stay there after telling them the place has no lobby or employees/personnel at the original place/hotel if you wanna call it that because this is a total scamm and stole my money! No refund and terrible customer service, I do not recommend this place at all. 0 stars !

Will not stay at this place again.
I like that our room was close to beach and broad walk but not close to major street. The room layout was nice.
The room was right next to the A1A and the beds shook when trucks drove by. The "free breakfast" was lacking big time. Milk and orange juice was watered down. Nothing available that was hot. Long wait for toaster.
