    Not bad, small little issues, but when we did have an issue with a Water Pump going off all night, it was ‘fixed’ the ne

    Very clean, great little pool to cool down, felt secure behind the double door entry.

    Towels, and the rules around the use of them. No face washers, don’t clean sun cream, don’t clean makeup…….. one needs a towel to clean yourself. The beds were not very good, they were very creaky, hard and old. Also had to pay a 2.5Million IDR deposit on arrival, no where was this mentioned anywhere in the booking process.

    Nice place, but unsafe staff and appaling behaviour fron owner

    the villa is well maintained and equipped. the safety box is too small to put all valuable item inside. a tablet or laptop can't enter. And it is too small. the others amenities used were fine

    one cleaning staff stole the belongings of one person of our group and We had to rush to get our belongings back. Fortunately, we hadn't been gone long, so we managed to recover our belongings from the staff thief's motorcycle trunk. However, by the time the police arrived to file a report, we had lost half a day of our vacation. My children and I left the villa immediately; we couldn't bear the thought of staying another night for fear of reprisals. Yet, we were still charged for the night! The owner, who wasn't on-site, offered a refund in exchange for a promise not to mention the incident on social media and a waiver of all my legal rights—an offer I refused! On top of the theft, there was blackmail! We have been coming to Bali every year for over 20 years. My wife is Indonesian. This kind of behavior is appalling.
