  Disappointing Experience – Beautiful Appearance, Poor Comfort The hotel is extremely far away, and unfortunately, regular taxis cannot access the hotel because the road leading to it is extremely narrow. This means you have no choice but to use the hotel’s own taxi service, which costs four times more than a regular taxi, whether you are going out or returning to the hotel. The main reason for choosing this hotel was the swimming pool and the idea of relaxing. However, the pool was extremely cold, with no heating system, making it impossible to enjoy. When I raised this concern, the staff member told me that the water would be warm in the morning. Based on this information, I paid an additional IDR 300,000 for floating breakfast, even though my reservation already included breakfast. The extra charge was supposedly just for the floating breakfast tray. I was also required to choose a specific breakfast time, and the staff woke me up because breakfast is only served at the scheduled time. Unfortunately, when the breakfast arrived, the food was cold, and the pool was still too cold to enter. I had no choice but to eat outside the pool. I explained the situation to the staff, but I was still charged the full IDR 300,000 despite being unable to enjoy the experience I had paid for. Although the hotel looks beautiful in photos, the actual experience was very disappointing. I could not properly enjoy the room’s facilities or relax as I had expected. Additionally, the road leading to the hotel is extremely dark and feels frightening, especially at night. Overall, this hotel may look beautiful, but the location, expensive transportation, cold swimming pool, poor breakfast experience, and lack of consideration for guests made my stay uncomfortable and not worth the money. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

  Amazing !!!

  Effet Waou immédiat ! L’impression d’être au milieu de la jungle à regarder les écureuils sauter d arbres en arbres. Personnel au top!

  Devoir prendre le taxi ou le scooter pour aller en centre ville mais bon c’est tellement facile de les prendre là bas que ce n’est pas un problème
