Séjour mitigé : emplacement parfait, mais appartement bruyant et vieillissant.
L’emplacement de l’appartement était idéal, en plein cœur de Lisbonne et facilement accessible. Nos hôtes étaient polis et arrangeants. Lorsque nous avons signalé un problème de propreté concernant le linge de lit, ils ont réagi rapidement en faisant intervenir une équipe de ménage pour remplacer une partie de la literie qui était sale (taies d'oreiller tachées). Toutefois, un seul des trois lits mentionnés dans notre demande initiale a été changé.
Le mobilier des chambres était dans un état de vétusté et de propreté assez préoccupant, notamment les têtes de lit et les fauteuils, qui étaient très sales. Les matelas à ressorts des différents lits étaient également peu confortables. La porte d'une des chambres ne fermait pas, la serrure étant défoncée, il était nécessaire de bloquer la porte avec un fauteuil pour la maintenir fermée... Enfin, l’isolation phonique était très insuffisante : le passage fréquent du tramway dans la rue provoquait d’importantes nuisances sonores et faisait vibrer l’immeuble, ce qui a fortement perturbé nos nuits.

Be aware there are many stairs to reach apartment! Good for cardio health though!

Sheets of one were already used.All the sheet are old and not enough clean as well as the towels.In one bed the sheet had spot of blood and another one big yellow shadow maybe old urine by spot Good

Sehr zentral und auch damit recht laut
Die Lage ist sehr gut weil sehr zentral. Der Zugang ist einfach und sicher.
Sehr Laut - man kann wedervorne noch hinten die Fenster nachts geöffnet lassen. Die Fotos lassen was anderes vermuten /erhoffen.
