  Avoid this place!

  The design, but that’s about it.

  1.) There were hundreds of ants in the apartment. The cleaning woman fortunately was there fast to deal with them (anti bug spray), but the ants came back again. It was really no matter what for a place that is so expensive - nearly 700 euros for 3 nights, completely overpriced. The dead ants were on the floor during all our stay, some even in the bed. 2.) There is a construction site just on the other side of the street. Loud hammering started at 8h30, then the owners made sure it at least did not start before 10am the other two days. If you want to sleep in, forget this place. Also: The house next to the apartment is completely destroyed. Probably the ants came from there. Once the start renovating this, good luck with the noise! 3.) The sink in the shower did not work properly - the water did not go away, it got better for one day after the cleaning woman fixed it, but the issue persisted - we were standing in dirty water while taking showers. The bathroom itself is very small, no proper air ventilation. 4.) The apartment is very humid and smells really old if you keep the windows closed. You can’t sleep upstairs without windows open because the air turns bad, if you open you hear the noise of the construction. There is no AC. 5.) The towels were not changed even once during a 3 night stay. Also no cleaning. For this price range, this is not acceptable. And no, as a guest I don’t have to ask for it. Either you do it or at least ask the guest if he needs fresh towels. All in all, we are really relieved to have left this place. It was such a disappointment. To be fair, the owners reacted fast to the issues, but at the end it did not change that this place is not what it seems. At no point was anyone offering at least a partial refund for all this mess. I normally don’t write negative reviews, but I want to warn anyone before wasting your money and nerves. Better stay somewhere in Sagres.

  דירה קטנה וקומפטית מעוצבת להפליא! המיטה גדולה ונוחה מאד צ'ק אין מרחוק קל ונוח קיבלנו בירות והמלצות באיזור החדר ממוקם במיקום מרכזי וקל להגיע ממנו לחופים הקרובים, לשבילי הליכה למטיילים ולסגרש

  שימו לב שהדירה תתאים יותר לזוג מעבר לזה יהיה צפוף המיטה נמצאת במן קומת גלריה עם מדרגות תלולות - אולי לא יתאים לציבור המבוגר יותר אין מספיק מקום למזוודות אבל אפשר להסתדר

  We enjoyed the apartment’s location, but our stay was seriously compromised by the host’s unprofessionalism and lack of care for the property. The shower was broken and the fridge not working when we arrived, issues we immediately reported. Despite promises, the host did not arrange any repairs during our stay. Additionally, the linen for the sofa bed was missing, which forced one guest to sleep without proper bedding. The host has since tried to hold us responsible for damages we did not cause, without providing any proof or invoices. Their insistence on charging us without evidence is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of honesty and fairness. While the apartment itself is clean, dealing with the host’s unprofessional behavior overshadowed the experience. We do not recommend this accommodation unless improvements are made in maintenance and responsible management

  Genius loci

  V ubytování je patrné, že je to starý dům, ale nic to neubralo na kráse. Rozkládací pohovka je opravdu jen přistýlka, postele v patře byly ale pohodlné.
