Very disappointing experience
The apartment itself is in a central location and the host was polite
Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment was quite disappointing, and I would not recommend it—especially not for three people, as advertised. The biggest issue was the sleeping arrangement: the third bed is actually a sofa bed placed directly under a window that opens to a bar. Every night, noise from the bar—including loud talking, music, and shouting—went on until after midnight, making it nearly impossible to sleep. This was not mentioned anywhere in the listing, and had we known, we wouldn’t have booked the place. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in the bathroom during our stay. After a long day of travel or walking around the city, the last thing you want is a freezing shower. We mentioned the issue to the host, but it wasn’t resolved during our visit- even though the host tried to fix it. We paid nearly €650 for 5 nights, assuming all three of us could stay comfortably. In reality, only two of us were able to use the apartment, while the third had to find an alternative place to sleep. Despite reaching out to the host and explaining the situation, she refused to offer any refund for the third guest, which we found unreasonable and disappointing. While the apartment itself is in a central location and the host was polite, these serious inconveniences made our experience very unpleasant and not worth the money. If you're sensitive to noise, expecting basic amenities like hot water, or planning to come as a group of three—look elsewhere.
