  The apartment is big.

  I strongly advise everyone to avoid staying at this property. The bathrooms are ridiculously small. Everyone in our group complained about how uncomfortable and tight they were, making it practically impossible to take a proper shower. The location is also extremely loud. To make matters worse, the trash bins are located right next to the building, and all night long garbage trucks were picking them up and loudly banging them around, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. On top of that, the sidewalks all around the building were full of dog feces. What ruined our stay the most was the host's unacceptable behavior and dishonesty. I booked the apartment for 4 nights for 5 guests. A month prior to arrival, I messaged the host asking to add a 6th person. He told me it would cost an extra €200. When I asked if he would process this change through the Booking.com system, he insisted on receiving cash upon arrival instead. When we arrived, he met us at the apartment and walked us through every single room, condescendingly explaining how basic things worked as if we were completely ignorant. When I went to hand over the agreed €200 cash for the extra guest, he suddenly demanded €216. He gave us no receipt, no invoice, and registered nothing on Booking.com. Afterwards, I checked on Booking.com for the exact same dates and saw that the actual price difference between 5 and 6 guests was only €100. He pocketed an extra €216 directly in cash off-the-books, in addition to the tourist taxes paid on site. This was an absolute cash-in-pocket scam.

  fantastic place to stay in Palermo

  Quiet building. Located very close to cathedral so well situated to explore the city. Short walk to Central Station. Big rooms, effective aircon. Well equipped kitchen- has tea, coffee, oil, seasoning supplied. Everything in flat in good condition, No problems with wifi, Supermarket and places to eat nearby- marked on map in information folder.

  Accoglienza e comfort.

  Host molto cordiali. Tutto in ordine e funzionante. Hanno avuto l’accortezza di farci trovare cialde per il caffe ma anche la polvere per la moca. Ci hanno omaggiati con una bottiglia di vino al nostro arrivo.
